Free WiFi access is available in the entire hotel. Fabulous 5 star hotel. Beautiful interior and gardens. Large room, comfortable bed and large balcony. Rain shower and a large bath in the bathroom. Beautiful breakfast area with great selection. All staff really friendly, professional and helpful. Room cleaned well each day. Lovely pool and spa area.

The Lausanne Palace’s leisure facilities include the Spa and the Aveda Beauty Centre, spreading over 2,100 m². The latter features an indoor pool, a hot tub, a hammam, a sauna, fitness equipment, and a Pilates centre. Massage treatments and balneotherapy are also available. Guests can also access the Yogi Booster Bar free of charge. Room was perfect and absolutely beautiful. The staff was extremely pleasant. Although the pool was closed, we were able to use the spa from the Beau-Rivage Palace which was just perfect.

The units in the bed and breakfast are equipped with a kettle. Every unit is equipped with a coffee machine and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathrobes, while certain rooms come with a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher. All units at the bed and breakfast are fitted with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a safety deposit box. Everything. The photos on the app don’t give this place justice. Fabulously renovated rooms with nice amenities such as locally made soaps and such, a Nespresso machine, robes and slippers. There is a pool and the hosts make you feel at home.

Units are complete with a shared bathroom, while certain units at the bed and breakfast also have a seating area. At the bed and breakfast, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels.

Skiing, cycling and hiking are possible within the area, and the bed and breakfast offers ski storage space. Chez Epicure felt very welcoming, comfortable and homely. It was a nice place to relax after walking on the Via Francigena, for which it is well situated. The hosts spent time talking with me and provided local information.

Sumptuous architecture, antiques and fine reproductions steep guests in the glorious past in both public and private spaces. On the other hand, guests feel instantly at home, thanks to the warm and attentive staff, which includes Switzerland's only female chief concierge. The place was excellent and very clean. Enjoy the fitness, health and wellness facilities in the 2000 m² Fairmont Spa. Access to the Fairmont Spa is included in the room rate. It offers an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, fitness room, sauna and hammam. The room was lovely. It was clean, comfortable with an amazing view from the balcony. We had exceptional service from all staff without exception. Some people might say that the hotel is expensive but in my opinion it is well worth the cost. Our only regret is that we didn't stay for longer!!
