And the staff were very friendly and always smiling.

Location was excellent for trip up to Mount Rigi and boat across the lake to Lucerne, literally next door. Hotel and outdoor area absolutely stunning, magnificent views of the lake, staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Room was great , huge bathroom and so clean, there is an excellent coffee station on each floor which always had plenty of everything that you need. Excellent breakfast,lots of choice

The sun terrace on the top floor offers panoramic views over the lake and the mountains. The hotel, the view, the food. Location amazing with perfect lake view. Facilities and spa very good. Stuff friendly.

The ski pistes start directly in front of the hotel and there are many hiking and mountain biking paths nearby. A lounge with Alps views is also available. Just a great stay in a lovely location with stunning views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant with local cuisine. Wellness area well equipped. Really enjoyed my stay.
