Gorgeous surroundings - lots of great views and local walks. Very relaxing stay with lots of places to rest (eg sofas in bar / spa). Staff were very friendly and always happy to help. They allowed us early check in. Food in restaurant was very tasty and not too expensive (given the remote location we appreciated that).
Great location Nicely decorated lounge and common area Parking on site Fast internet/WiFi (most of the time) Friendly staff - they can direct us to the right directions and provided partial information
Property has everything you could want and a very friendly staff. Some reviews claim the pool is too cold but it’s a pool and not a hot tub. We spent a few hours in it and found the water temperature to be fine. Prices of food are relatively higher but to be expected in the middle of nowhere and we found them to be about the same as food prices in the major US cities.
Very comfortable room, with wonderful bed, perfect for resting after a long day of walking. The hotel is beautiful, with wonderful views, including the spa, which was very complete and pleasant. The reception and tour agency staff, and waiters were very kind and helpful, They were very kind, presenting us with a bottle of wine to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food in the restaurant and bar was also very good.
Amazing view, wonderful staff (everyone speaks great English), you can book trips right at the hotel(glacier, horse riding etc.), nice spa area and really good food (also for vegetarians).
Brrakfast excelkent Spa nice After upgrade to 2nd floor excellent. Sre waht didnt like
Denise at reception was super helpful on the right walks to do and very welcoming. Everyone working in the restaurant was amazing. Very generous red wine glasses poured, accompanying excellent hearty food - perfect after a long day hiking. Views from bedroom and lounge are stunning, and, if you're brave, a dip in the river Serrano at the end of the hotel grounds is invigorating! Packed lunches well worth buying too.
excellent hotel, amazing staff, great food and spa. exactly what you hope it would be. wonderful super king size bed, great bathroom. breakfast buffet is excellent as well. great place to stay to explore the Torres del Paine park. we loved it. is not cheap but we think it is worth it.
I chose to stay at the Superior Double Room with Mountain View - the room was spacious and has an amazing view of the mountains. It was beautiful. The staffs spoke English and they were all very helpful and friendly. Food at the restaurant was really good too! I love the lounge areas with the mountain view where I can just drink and chill with my friends all day. The surrounding was also amazing - you can take a walk by the river and enjoy the serenity.
