The gorgeous Guangzhou Langham Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Pazhou International Exhibition Centre. 初めての海外旅行でした。中国語は少し聞き取れる程度で、英語も簡単なものしか話せませんが、スタッフさんが嫌な顔せずに根気よく翻訳機でやり取りしてくださって助かりました。 ルームクリーニングもいつも綺麗にしてくださり、朝食･夕食のビュッフェも美味しかったです。 部屋も広く、部屋からの眺めもとても綺麗でした。 一人旅でしたが最高の思い出になりました。ありがとうございます。

This is my preferred hotel, and I rarely consider staying anywhere else because it’s simply excellent. The location is unbeatable, with shopping malls, restaurants, and everything I need close by. The rooms are spacious and feature a small kitchenette fully equipped for cooking if I choose to. I often visit the nearby market to prepare small meals, which adds to the convenience of my stay. Middle Eastern restaurants are just five minutes away, and there’s a McDonald’s right downstairs for a quick bite. Plus, the hotel is only 10 minutes from the International Fair Center, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure trips.

Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel completed an extensive renovation in 2022 through a design philosophy that follows contemporary aesthetics and community ambience. Sheraton is remarkable, but this stay was truly extraordinary thanks to Jack, who upgraded our room for a breathtaking experience with my husband. It was a delightful surprise, and his attention to detail was evident when he provided us with a fruit platter. Jack took the time to address the issues I had with my Bon Voy card, showcasing his dedication and care. He embodies the essence of exceptional service at Sheraton in Guangzhou and throughout China. Having traveled extensively, I've never encountered someone as proactive, kind, and patient as him. Thank you, Jack, for making my stay exceptional.
