Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhaiは深セン市南山区に位置し、屋内 / 屋外プールを併設しています。共用エリアでの無料WiFi回線を提供しています。 Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai Hotelから蛇口港、蛇口海上世界までそれぞれ徒歩15分、世界之窓、深セン歓楽谷まで車で25分です。... スタッフのサービスがとてもよかったです。11/18~11/21三泊で予約して、11/20の朝出かける前に時計が見当たらなく、結構貴重な時計でとてもあせました。その日終日外出しており、電話でホテルのサービスセンターに事情説明しまして、担当のマネージャーがとても丁寧に対応して頂き、私の許可を得て部屋に入って頂き、いたるところまでに3回も探して頂いたり、監視カメラにでホテル出入りの時、時計つけてたかどうかいちいち確認して頂いたり、ようやく夕方に部屋のソファーの隙間にもの見つけたという連絡を頂いて、ようやくほっとしました。残念ながら、当日ホテルに戻ったのが遅くて、スタッフ本人に会えなくて、直接感謝の気持ちが伝えられなかったが、本当にありがとうございました。
