But my first time writing a review. I love this hotel very much. Very elegant, luxuries and classic environment which gives you feeling of like staying at Castle. Comfortable bed and pillow. Various choices and nice breakfast. Stuff are very helpful and friendly. I spent great time. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel’s concierge desk assists with guests’ requests and needs. We booked a room on the last minute because of a cancelled flight. The shuttle bus was exactly where it was described, left exactly on time and the ride was super short. Once we arrived at the hotel (at 2am) we checked in immediately. We entered a room that was super nice but it seems that someone had been smoking in there and it was a bit unpleasant to spend the night there. We wend back to the reception and we were given a loft. It was way over the top, we only used the basic facilities, but it was a nice gesture. The rest of the hotel facilities looked excellent too, although we didn't have the chance to use them. If we are ever stranded in Beijing again (it was the 3rd time this year) we will definitely come back!

I loved this hotel to bits. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional, as was the room and amenities. The hotel is in a pedestrian area, but very close to a street, so the walk to/from a taxi was very short. All in all, if I happen to go back to Beijing, I'd love to stay there again.

The house is super comfortable. Beds 10/10. Bathrooms are superb. Service is exceptional, Andrew went out of his way to help us with anything we needed. Breakfast beautifully served. Quiet surroundings. Simatai entrance easily accesible by taxi for 10 rmb/p/p, a 10 minute ride that the host will organize for you. Thank you for everything!

We received a free upgrade, the room is massive, and equipments are very new and fancy. I requested for a welcome postcard for my girlfriend, they not only wrote a super cute card, but also give us a platter of fruits and chocolate. Overall, the experience was very good.

They were incredibly friendly and helpful and I highly recommend the executive rooms to any who plans to stay there. The executive floor manager, Rebecca Wang, provides the best service I have ever seen in this type of hotel and I will continue to stay at the 4S in Beijing because due to the wonderful staff it feels more like a home away from home than a hotel.
