From day one, they were exceptionally helpful, explaining in detail all the activities in the Zhangjiajie area, creating a complete visit plan for us, and arranging tickets. Their hospitality went far beyond expectations: when we asked if they had a basketball for the nearby court, they didn’t, so they went out and bought one within minutes. Later, when we lost an item in a Didi, they immediately contacted the driver and arranged its return, sparing us significant trouble and expecting nothing in return.

Antony is the best host I've met in China so far (and I've been here for 6 years) Popeye (the cute doggie) is the best marketing manager and entertainer you can find on bookings. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend!

The owner was so lovely and helpful, really appreciated all her guidance to make our trip in Zhangjiajie so enjoyable. Beautiful accommodation up in the mountains. Highly recommend!

She customized our stay by recommending an itinerary on our arrival based on our duration of stay. Very thorough and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

This hotel is an absolute gem! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, with plenty of dining and transport options nearby. Our room was spacious, very clean and had lovely modern touches like smart lighting. The staff were consistently helpful and polite, and the breakfast offered a great variety. Highly recommend for a hassle-free, comfortable stay.
