The accommodation offers a hot tub. We were very well received by the couple who run the hotel. They picked us up and took us to the airport and to the station to Tiamen. They changed our room to a larger one, washed our clothes on the last day, and helped us with all our tours and itineraries, always serving us very patiently and at no additional cost. The breakfast was very well prepared, with fruits, toast and eggs and Chinese noodles. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, with very good towels and bedding, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the shower was great with plenty of water. The room also had a hair dryer and all the necessary amenities, including insect repellent. We highly recommend this hotel, especially because treatment like this family is impossible to have in a hotel chain. Rating 10 out of 10.

Free shuttle between the property and the west gate is provided and it takes 5 minutes' car journey per run. The property covers 10,000 square metres and owns 40 guest rooms scattered in 5 buildings. Our stay at the lodge was truly exceptional. Our host, Frankie, was outstanding in every way. He was always available and on hand to help whenever we had any questions, proving himself to be incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. Frankie went above and beyond, organizing all of our transportation for our excursions at very reasonable prices. Prior to each outing, he took the time to thoroughly explain the day's route and provided us with both written and verbal guidance. This made it incredibly easy for us to navigate the national park and day trips by ourselves. The lodge itself was absolutely stunning, featuring an amazing pool and excellent food. During our stay, there was an unavoidable local funeral with some loud music, but Frankie was so kind and considerate to proactively move us to an upgraded room further away from the noise. While we were happy with our initial room, the upgraded accommodations were simply unbelievable, and we felt incredibly fortunate. We cannot thank Frankie and the entire staff at the lodge enough for making our stay so exceptional. Frankie's exceptional hosting truly elevated our experience, and we would wholeheartedly recommend staying at this lodge to anyone visiting the area.

This place is run by an ethnic family within Tujia village and everyone was so kind beyond expectations. We were picked up-dropped off to and from the park as well as airport. The food in their restaurant was grown on the property with local dishes that we ate every night. Everyone took the time to respond immediately on WeChat if we had any questions. We even got to use the room for a shower before we left for our evening flight.
