Convenient guest services like currency exchange, meeting facilities and ticketing services are all provided. I’m surprised to see the negative reviews as we had a great stay here. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment that was very spacious and well appointed. The location is so convenient and walking distance to the Metro (line 2). There is a great kids play area and supermarket in the centre plus many other good restaurants.

The art-deco-accented rooms feature panoramic city views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. All rooms are fitted with a minibar, a seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The ample bathrooms include free toiletries, hairdryers and shower facilities.

Guests can laze in the sauna, pampering themselves with massage treatments, or use the business centre and meeting rooms. Everything was perfect. Huge and splendid room. The staff was very helpful with decent English. The view on the Oriental Pearl Tower was amazing. The access to the Regent Club was worth the money

Everything is really perfect. Hotel is very luxury, spacious rooms, bathroom are huge, comfortable and with futuristic parts. Bed is very comfortable. Spa center is excellent. Breakfast is great. Stuff is very polite and friendly. Definitely for every recommendation!

Breakfast, clean room, good location.

This is the best apartment, clean and tidy. There is a super-large living room, and the bed in the master bedroom is also very comfortable. The house is designed very creatively. The surrounding facilities are very complete. Xintiandi, French Concession and Nanjing Road are all nearby. The check-in process is very simple and convenient, and the staff is also very enthusiastic. If I hadn't booked a ticket, I would like to stay for a few more days. Thank you, landlord. Xiexie.
