Literally, everything was perfect! Accommodation was beautiful and had an amazing view. Staff were all super nice and friendly, breakfast and dinner were delicious. And we even got a later checkout free of charge from the manager, so truly appreciated.

The beds are very comfortable, and overall the house is very well equipped. Around the house you're surrounded by a green scenario, and you can hear the cows far away. Definitely recommend this place and hope to come back one day.

Firstly - the staff! They were all so nice, helpful, friendly and willing to help if needed. The apartment was spotless on arrival. Loads of space for 2 people, and definitely enough space for more if your party is bigger. Beds were really comfortable too. The sauna and jacuzzi were really nice, the bar was great. Nice selection of drinks and good to relax in. Also for non winter months, this is close to loads of hiking trails which was exactly what I was after!

Elizabeth, the front desk manager, stood out with her helpfulness, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The dining experience was particularly remarkable, thanks to Michael and Josef, who looked after us during breakfast and dinner with exceptional care and attentiveness. Their service greatly enhanced our meals, making each dining experience enjoyable. The culinary delights, prepared by kitchen staff Tonda and Nikola, were absolutely delicious. I made it a point to try everything on the menu, and each dish was a culinary masterpiece that added to the overall excellence of my stay. The ambiance of the hotel is one of warmth and genuine care. It’s evident that the staff doesn’t just perform their duties out of obligation; they truly care about the guests' experience. The housekeeping, maintenance, and all other staff members were incredibly friendly and visibly passionate about their work. Their happiness and willingness to assist at any time added a special touch to my stay, making it evident that they aim to leave a lasting impression on their guests, not because they are instructed to, but from the heart. It was a great spot to discover this part of the country. The jacuzzi tub was a very nice welcome after a good hike and we as our dog very much enjoyed the balcony. Communication was very easy smooth and we had a nice welcoming drink waiting for us.
