The property has a big terrace that can be shared between other guests. There is a washing machine, sauna and whirlpool, and can be used by all guests. The whirlpool is outside on the terrace. The host greeted us upon our arrival so the check-in process was super smooth. The apartment was nice, clean, and spacious with an equipped kitchen. Parking at the property. Short walk to the nearest bus stop from which you can go to S-bahn and then anywhere you want. The areal has a playground and pool and it is next to the lake. We liked the nice quite location with easy parking and connection to the center by public transport.

Private parking is available on site. The property is 300 metres from Potsdamer Platz, and within 2.5 km of the city centre.

Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking holiday home has a hot tub. This place feels like home not a rental. You will find any little thing needed in casual day. House is located subburbs of Berlin with an amazing back garden. On the end of You there is even a boat hanging over and canal ready to swim away right with Your morning coffee. It's very quiet neigberhood. I haven't seen a walking person after 8pm in any of 5 days we stayed here. It's hard to tell all the things they are here, I named only little few and our stay was in November when weather is bad, but this kinda "summerstyle" area is deffinetly great in cold times too. Loved it!

Very friendly staff, comfortable facilities, our hotel stay was A+.

I came there and felt I was in a movie. I did not expect it to be that good. The room was spacious and hd so many little details to make you feel appreciated. The hotel is infront of the tram and train stations so going to any part of the city was extremely easy. You also have DM, Rewe and pharmacy across the street so I had all I need.
