Offering a bar with panoramic views of Berlin, a Michelin-star awarded restaurant, a spa with 24-hour gym, and stylish rooms, this 4-star-superior hotel is just 6 tram stops from Alexanderplatz... Everything was really great, clean comforting beautiful. the staff was very friendly, i don't remember the guys name but he gave me good travel advices showed everything on the map, it was very nice. Spa was great and the breakfast too.

We especially liked the interaction with the staff, since one of us got sick and we had to order food to the room and extend our stay in the room. The staff even offered to buy the necessary things at the pharmacy, if necessary! Overall, this hotel makes you feel like you're in good hands. The hotel itself is excellent in design, the spa and sauna are also good with a beautiful view.

We stayed at the InterContinental Berlin by IHG for 3 days in July with our two daughters (ages 9 and 6), and it was an excellent family-friendly experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our kids especially loved the indoor swimming pool and the kids’ play area—great amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable for them. Breakfast at the InterContinental was a daily highlight. The buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality options, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and made-to-order selections—something for everyone in the family. The hotel’s location near Tiergarten and the Berlin Zoo was also perfect for exploring the city. Overall, we were very impressed by the service, comfort, and attention to family needs. We will definitely be choosing the InterContinental brand for our future travels!

This 4-star spa hotel next to Berlin's Spandauer See Lake features 6 saunas, a large indoor pool and a modern gym. Free Wi-Fi and a rooftop terrace bar with panoramic views also feature. The room was great as was the breakfast. Great value for what we paid. The location was ideal, very near to the town. We would definitely stay here again.
