We married in Copenhagen, and Axel guldsmeden and staff made it really special for us. The room was wonderful and the spa was amazing. Would 100% go again. The iconic DFDS ferry sailing from Copenhagen to Oslo travels across Kattegat and Skagerrak, with a stop for on-boarding in Frederikshavn. I paid to travel in Commodore class and it was well worth the upgrade. The cabin on the ninth deck was bigger than I expected and it was totally quiet. It was a pleasant surprise to find two complimentary bottles of Henkel Trocken (piccolo) in the fridge in my room. When the ship started to leave port I didn't even notice. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful. There was plenty of room everywhere on the ship, and plenty of space to move around in. The duty free store had liquor at reasonable prices.
