In addition to the large comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms, the staff is wonderful. I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism, kindness and hospitality provided. One of the staff members even accompanied us to the medical clinic. Breakfast was also a treat. Location is just off the main square. Very easy walk to everything.

Amazing new hotel right on the water We took a chance on this new hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Everything is new, the pool is wonderful, tastefully decorated, and very helpful staff. The wifi was solid, which was great as on this remote Island often is is very slow. This allowed me to get some(not much;) work done. The sea life was such a special part for us as we enjoyed our cocktails by the pool in the afternoon. The staff let us know the restaurant is not open yet, but told us it will be in a couple of months. They do provide a great breakfast at the hotel across the street. The tours they recommended were excellent! Overall a great hotel that we would come back to on this beautiful Island. The room was lovely, spacious and well stocked with a very comfortable bed. I enjoyed that breakfast was a bit different each day, and that I could customise my meal as required. The staff were ever so lovely and helpful - and it wasn't a giant roster of interchangeable staff members, but rather 3 people that I got to know a little over my stay. When I was slightly overwhelmed with all the options of things to do, they helped me through the choices and put me in touch with a travel agency for various day trips. Location was great. An easy walk to everything in Puerto Ayora - no waiting on taxis water or otherwise.
