I want to extend a special thanks to Mr. Haytham, who checked in with us twice a day to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. He deserves to be called the resort’s superhero! Additionally, Mr. Shehata was always around, ensuring that everything in the resort and the restaurants was running smoothly, which made our stay even more relaxing. The entire team was incredibly honest, kind, and supportive throughout our stay. This level of service and warmth made our experience unforgettable. In addition, Serenity Alma has 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with aqua park view. We visited this hotel 6 times, I would absolutely recommend it especially for families. It has a great choice and variety of food and drinks. There are lots of activities especially for kids like the aqua park. Rooms are very comfortable. The service is really outstanding. Pool area has entertainment during all day time for all ages. The beach is only a few min away which is also reachable by the hotel shuttle. The hospitality of the staff at Serenity Alma Heights is truly exceptional. Thanks to the front office team. Special thanks there to Ziad for helping us with every issue we had, you are really very hard working. You made our stay much more enjoyable and comfortable. Thanks a lot to the guest relation manager Corinna and to Maria. Both of them are super kind and helped us a lot in our vacation, we had a very comfortable stay.

Each room and suite includes a minibar, a satellite TV and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea and pool. The hotel, beach, service, food - everything was amazing. We loved sandy beaches a lot, especially kids enjoyed it. People working there are also very attentive, Rahim from customer service was very helpful, the staff working in restaurants, bars were very professional. I got sore throat from AC and thanks to Rahim And Amir in lobby bar who did a tea with lemon which made by Amir at the bar I got better soon. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rahim , staff at reception, restaurants, chef of the restaurant at the beach, staff at the bars, beach, staff of car drivers etc. for making the trip so memorable. Rooms were clean and cozy. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful, the food was great 👍 beach was clean, and the sea had a fantastic coral reef where you can go snorkeling or diving.
