Their friendly and professional approach made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. The aqua park was the highlight of the trip for our kids, offering a variety of slides and pools that kept them entertained for hours. It was clear that the facilities were thoughtfully designed with families in mind, providing a safe and fun environment that both children and parents could enjoy. The food was another standout aspect of our stay, far exceeding our expectations. The variety, quality, and flavors impressed us all, and even our picky eaters found dishes they loved. The attention to detail in every meal reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence. The combination of exceptional service, fantastic amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere made this stay unforgettable. We left with cherished memories and can’t wait to return to Serenity Alma for another amazing family getaway!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay at your hotel. Special thanks go to Butler Mina — his professionalism and love for his work made our stay truly comfortable. He is always ready to assist and resolve any issue, which is greatly appreciated. I would also like to highlight the bartenders at Posh Lounge, Mohamed and Jamal — these guys truly put in the effort, and their attention and hard work don’t go unnoticed. Additionally, the young lady at Posh Lounge with her incredibly beautiful eyes and genuine smile creates an atmosphere of warmth and joy. One small suggestion: it would be great to have piles of blankets near the restaurants — in windy weather, they would be much appreciated. Overall, the hotel left an exceptionally positive impression. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true getaway. Thank you for everything!

Featuring a private beach, Blend Elphistone Resort Marsa Alam is located in the south of the Red Sea. It offers 4 outdoor pools, a diving center and a gym. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is very good -and lot of option also for vegetarians. I booked three different kind of rooms. Standard, deluxe and superior. The best was the superior room with seaview and sunrise. The room and also the hotel area are very clean. I extend twice my stay.
