I want to extend a special thanks to Mr. Haytham, who checked in with us twice a day to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. He deserves to be called the resort’s superhero! Additionally, Mr. Shehata was always around, ensuring that everything in the resort and the restaurants was running smoothly, which made our stay even more relaxing. The entire team was incredibly honest, kind, and supportive throughout our stay. This level of service and warmth made our experience unforgettable. Even European hotels could learn a lot about customer service from this hotel. A special thank you to Mostafa, who was my personal assistant and the manager of the front office. He is a true professional in business development and client relations. The hospitality at this hotel made me fall in love with Egypt all over again. The staff is attentive to every detail, and they made my birthday unforgettable. It's also a great hotel for children, with a beautiful lagoon in the sea and an aquapark. A big thank you to the animators – very well done and diverse. There's something for everyone. The cocktails and coffee were also of excellent quality, especially for Egypt. I will definitely be coming back, possibly even this year.

At the resort all rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with free toiletries. We only stayed one day at Jaz Maraya after 10 days in the south and Luxor but it was so blissful. The hotel is stunning, be it the location and views, the interior design and the fantastic friendly staff. The food was miles above everything we had before with an outstanding selection of dishes to suit all tastes. Last, but not least, the reef on the nearby bay is spectacular. Only wish we had more time and flatter seas to appreciate it to its best. PS : it s only a 5min drive from the airport, so you re on holidays quicker than anywhere else

The staff were so polite helpful and friendly. Special mention for waiter Mahmud and all animation team- Shagy, Zain, and especially Rose-Ruza... All place is magical and with some special charm. Pool boys were amazing- we felt so secure about our kids. Cant wait to come back.
