Some staff are amazing (Russian speaking waitress in Palms restaurant was amazing in Hills they are all whatever except young guy working in evening) Pool guys was very nice and helpful in both hotels. Family room is very spacious! Bed is very comfortable! We also loved size of towels and huge bathroom.
