The spa offers a wide range of beauty treatments for a supplement. We offer a hammam and a sauna free of charge for our guests. Also a free heated swimming pool and a fitness center. We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious room, very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. By far the largest selection I found in a hotel. Also, the live cooking from the dinner was a positives surprise for us. Staff extremely helpful, always smiling. We had our return flight late in the evening, but late checkout was not possible due to next bookings. Still, they allowed us to use all the amenities of the hotel even after checking out, and provided towels and access to shower.

Everything was amazing: the hotel- big, clean, high level of comfort, the staff - very helpful, the parking- underground, the food - quite impressiveve

Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). The view from the room on the 8th floor was spectacular. The room was also very clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. There are activities you can book and car rental at the reception, but unfortunately i saw this only on the last day. I liked the sea, even though it didn't have a sandy beach (there are some 5 minutes from the hotel) where i could swim and snorkel.

The à la carte restaurant at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) serves a selection of international cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. Friendly staff very helpful, marvelous breakfast, big and very clean rooms, very well connected by bus, we want to come again😀

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. It is impossible to describe in a few words how fantastic a week we spent in this hotel. It can be classified as more than a four-star hotel! It offers more than what can be read in its modest description. They pay attention to every detail, everything is very elegant and sophisticated. The staff is very kind and helpful, they are always smiling, especially Ivan! The garden is wonderful, it gives enough shade to go to the beach. The pool is super good and also very clean. There are also sunbeds on the direct beach. Thank you very much for your extraordinary attentiveness, we were also awaited with breakfast at four o'clock in the early morning. I am sure we will return to this extraordinary hotel. The restaurant's food is very tasty and plentiful. There is a lot on offer, each night has a different theme .The hotel is located in a quiet little bay where almost only hotel guests bathe, so there are no crowds. The location itself is a very quiet neighborhood, no parties or music. The city of Palma is really close, 15 minutes by taxi, which costs 20-25 euros. The airport is 25 minutes away. I know it's hard to choose between the many hotels, but don't hesitate here, you won't be disappointed. I have been to many places in the world, but this is one of the first. Thank you! There are 2 pools and bars. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony is very spacious and has hangers to dry wet clothes!

The hotel has a Spa & Wellness area with indoor pool with jets, sauna, ice fountain and massage cabin. Location is perfect. View from the room was stanning. Staff very friendly. Very good place to relax.
