The view from the balcony in the room was amazing! The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke great English, the breakfast buffet was phenomenal with plenty of different options, the indoor/outdoor pool area was clean, the room was spotless, and a little extra bonus was having a bathtub for the kids. The walk to the beach was easy and hotel was close to many restaurants. Overall, we were impressed with everything and would highly recommend!

Featuring plenty of natural light, each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms have a seating area. Location: You can easily walk to Palma beach in just 5 minutes. The beach is absolutely stunning with its turquoise color and soft sand — it truly amazed us. You can rent two sunbeds and an umbrella for €18. The hotel is less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. Instead, I suggest walking 10 minutes to the Mercadona market — it has a wide selection and reasonable prices. Since we were traveling with our 18-month-old baby, we couldn’t join the nightlife, but there are plenty of places to party near the hotel. Room: The room was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and the furniture looked new. I also watched how thoroughly they cleaned a room after a guest checked out, and our room was cleaned nicely every day. We were right near the party places but sound isolation was good enough for blocking them. Food: Dinner had great variety overall. For a buffet, it was about as good as it gets. I wasn’t expecting 10/10 food from a buffet, but I’d rate it around 7–8. Breakfast had slightly less variety, but it wasn’t a problem for us. For families with children: This hotel isn’t fully tailored for children, but there were still enough activities to satisfy us. For example, there’s a playroom you can take your child to at any time of day. Even though our baby is quite young, the staff at the mini-disco in the evenings made every effort to ensure he had fun — they played and danced with him. There’s also a small children’s pool and a section of the large pool that’s about 40 cm deep, where our son had a great time. Staff: The hotel staff were truly friendly and cheerful. They always smiled at our son and tried to play with him. Everyone was kind and welcoming throughout our stay.

Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). Excellen stay - fantastic staff, friendly, helpful, great location, ideal for (family) vacation and relax!

The à la carte restaurant at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) serves a selection of international cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. Just an amazing value for money. Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms/studios were planty big and view from our balcony was out of this world. Breakfast options were huge, food was very good. Pool area and the pool it self very clean. There is also a table tennis/billiards in the pool area. Gym also.

Excellent work of front-desk staff! I got the quiet room as I asked with an amazing view in addition. Spacious room with big and coizy balcony. Perfect location just in 5 minutes from the beach. Delicious dinner dishes at the restaurant various depend on the day of the week. I advise you all to take the half board.
