Spacious room with big comfortable beds. Toilets has 2 separate basin, very convenient. Hotel staff were very polite and friendly; breakfast spread was good. Hotel is walking distance to Palace, Xmas markets and shopping belts.

Little far from the historical places, but it is still a convenient place, and you would find it much cheaper than a comparable hotel in the center location. Very high level of everything. I am kinda 4-star hotels traveler. This one is one of the best I've been. Good value for money. Totally recommended.

There is a quick manual for all the appliances which i very much appreciated. Everything was perfectly clean and stylish. I could only stay one night but hope to come back next time i'll be in Madrid.
