Set in a 19th-century country house in Alcañiz, 3.7 km from the centre, Hotel Villa Monter features an outdoor swimming pool. It is surrounded by large gardens and offers views of the surrounding countryside. I'm a returning guest, I have stayed here 3-4 times already. The surroundings are quiet (apart from some roosters in the morning ;-)) and the owner José-Luis is super friendly and always trying to help with any kind of requests.

She took the time to explain the nearby attractions, made excellent recommendations, and showed us on the map where to go and what to visit.

Our host was very accommodating and friendly. The room was extremely clean, luxurious and comfortable. Much appreciated extra features such as a spacious rain shower and mini-fridge. Excellent location close to restaurants, bar, groceries but very peaceful setting.
