Everything was great, even better than the images. We had a complimentary champagne tasting that included the house champagne. The tasting was very informative, covering the brand's and the family's history, as well as the regional technology. ​The view was amazing, and we could prepare our own dinner at the property. Our breakfast was great, and the owner even brought me vegetables, which I really like for breakfast, even though they weren't part of the standard offering. We also received very helpful recommendations on what to see next. ​Overall, the experience felt truly exclusive. We felt like we had the whole house to ourselves, even though it was fully booked. It's just so well-organized, and everything is taken care of.

Mylène was superbly helpful in getting us settled, making activity and restaurant suggestions and being available as needed. The apartment was well equipeed and the snacks were very welcome. The sauna and jet tub were a welcome relief after a long journey and active days. The views from the many windows were beautiful.

Nouria was an amazing hostess. She went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional! She is so knowledgeable about champagne and has worked in the industry and in many countries on many continents. Breakfast served in her beautiful garden room was delicious! Our visit was during the Christmas holidays and each morning we were greeted with a special series of holiday confections. She was able to get us a last minute reservation for dinner at a Michelin star restaurant. Nouria went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional!!!
