Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Domaine Le Clos de la Source - Spa - Petit déjeuner buffet - Atelier d'art provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. The property was clean comfortable and a real treasure. We got a private tour around the property and we also had the pleasure to learn about the history of the place. It’s a fascinating place where we as family can’t wait to visit again. The hosts were very accommodating and absolutely wonderful. Thank you again!

At the bed and breakfast, units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Very warm welcome. The hosts are super nice en welcoming, dinner and breakfast was amazing. My husband has a gluten allergy and they made bread for him.

The units are equipped with heating facilities. The property is the sweetest spot and is lovingly decorated. The owner was super kind and set up a beautiful table in the barn for us. See photos. At the guest house, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Very tastefully redecorated house, huge garden with lots of play area. Host is amazingly friendly and makes you feel at home immediately. Recommended to everyone particularly those with children. Location is ideal for exploring the Loire Valley. We will definitely come back.

Featuring garden views, Les Tourterelles offers accommodation with terrace, around 33 km from Blois Train Station. Set 34 km from Blois Castle, the property features a garden. Guests can use the hot tub and the spa facilities, or enjoy quiet street views. Great stay! The host has really made an effort to make the stay very comfortable. Lots of attention to details and great facilities: library for children and adults, TV, DVDs including cartoons. We travelled with a kid, so this was excellent entertainment. Warm bathroom which is great during colder month. We also had breakfast included in the price of our stay. Great breakfast and the host even included a local specialty baguette, which was really nice.

A stovetop and toaster are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. The location is beautiful and peaceful. We was really close to the Zooparc de Beauval it was only a 5 minute drive. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We can not fault our time here.

This is an exceptional find, made all the better by the kind, generous, and very interesting hosts. Breakfast was a delight as all guests and the hosts sat at one table and exchanged stories. When we departed it was like leaving friends. The hotel has a very large garden, ideal for an evening stroll or sitting in the cool shade. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, they even made a vegan dinner for us on the first evening as most restaurants close-by were closed on that day. An excellent place to relax, yet only a 15min drive from the delightful city of Blois.

Château de Saint-Bohaire features a sauna and free private parking, and is within 10 km of Blois Train Station and 10 km of Blois Castle. The property has river and garden views, and is 18 km from Beauregard Castle. Set in a historic building, the property has a seasonal outdoor pool and is situated 12 km from Cathedral of St. Louis of Blois. This is a beautifully restored chalet in an excellent position for touring the Loire Valley. Our room (15) on the rear corner overlooked the pool, spa and sauna. We visited in February, so the weather was still quite bleak, but that did not stop us from using the pool, the spa and the sauna every day we were there. We would head out in the morning to visit one of the château’s and then find a place for lunch before heading back to the property to enjoy a swim and a spa. Just perfect! The room was lovely, the en-suite was superb, and the TV was huge. We were able to sign into our Netflix and our YouTube accounts which was a nice touch and provided further entertainment. I’m not sure whether he was the owner, a caretaker or just a handyman but Michel (?) checked in on us every day as he saw us passing through the grounds. Lovely bloke and very helpful. We highly recommend this chateau and will definitely return.

Beautiful property and gracious talented hosts, that went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. The rooms were gorgeous and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the property set in the lovely countryside near Chambord.
