The stay was very exceptional, the location is perfectly close to everything, the rooms and the view is very nice, the facilities make the stay even better, the hot tub is very clean and well maintained.

Let me start with the house itself. I originally booked a 3-day, 2-night stay, and honestly, this villa has *so many* amazing highlights: 1. Super clean, including the bathroom — spotless! 2. They provide both large and small towels, and even bathrobes. 3. The view is simply unbeatable — with no obstructions at all. Since this villa is located at the very end, the front faces stunning mountain scenery and the Trinity Church, while the back overlooks snow-capped peaks. Every morning, I woke up in awe. 4. The shower has great water pressure, it’s hot and super relaxing! There’s even a heater in the bathroom. 5. Loads of blankets and several heaters around the house — we never had to worry about the cold. It’s incredibly cozy. 6. There’s a bathtub with bubble bath provided. Soaking while gazing at the snowy mountains… can you imagine how dreamy that is? 7. The kitchen is fully equipped — everything you need is there. 8. And they even offer complimentary dry wine! Unfortunately, due to heavy snowfall, the roads were closed and our 3-day, 2-night trip turned into 4 days and 3 nights. Niko, the host, was *so* kind and understanding. He gave us a discount (we heard that some big hotels actually charged *more* when guests had to extend due to the weather). He constantly kept us updated on road conditions, helped us find a taxi back to Tbilisi, and even drove us to a local market to get groceries. We were incredibly grateful. Without his help, the two of us — just girls from out of town — would have felt completely lost. One more thing: *please* book the horseback riding experience through the host! I highly recommend the 2-hour ride. The views in the mountains are just breathtaking. The horses are gentle, and Nika (the horse tour guide) was incredibly patient and helpful — plus, he takes amazing photos too! I truly fell in love with this place. ❤️

The cottage was amazing! The host was very kind and kept the wood burning sauna and hot tub going the whole time I was there. Exactly the relaxing trip that I needed. A close walk to restaurants in town center and to rooms resort, which was a great place to grab a cocktail. The views were stunning (clear view of Gergeti church) and the furnishing in the cottage was really cute.

Receptionist (Gvantsa) always responsive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great experience, so polite and positive. I felt very homely and safe there as i was a solo traveller. I would recommend everybody to stay here. I am listing out few of the many things i loved. 1) First and most important. The host is lovely. She was there to help me throughout with her welcoming and loving smile. 2) the room is super clean with chic and cozy interior. 3) food - i have no words to describe how perfect it was. I even packed some food on my way back. 4) location is right next to church. You can visit all tourist attractions walking. Overall, the best stay in Georgia… if i visit Georgia again i will rebook this place 100%

I loved the location as it is very closed to Tbilisi and you can use Bolt to get there and back. The facility was great - seemed newly renovated. The rooms had everything necessary, food was tasty in the Georgian restaurant, coctails tasted great. Overall I must say it was one of the best experiences in Georgia for me.
