Located near the central square of the historical town of Kalavrita, Hotel Filoxenia offers wonderful mountain views, free Wi-Fi and easy access to the area's beautiful nature and ski centre. Incredibly comfortable beds. We slept very well. Great clean bathroom with a good shower. Lovely balcony. A set for making tea and coffee with everything you need. Great sauna in the spa, we were offered 30 minutes of use for free and loved it. We also loved breakfast! Good choice of sweet and savoury, even three varieties of honey to choose from, for example. Baked stuff like mini tiropita and croissants were very good.

The room was very spacious with sea and pool view, large bathroom that had both shower and jacuzzi, which we really enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is new, we visited at the end of September and it was open for 2 months already. All the common areas were nice, spacious, clean with a very nice smell. It also had a small playground and an indoor playroom. The breakfast was delicious with amazing variety. We mainly used the pool, the beach was just in front of the hotel with sunbeds but still needs to be improved. We also visited the spa, we enjoyed our time by the indoor pool, the hamam and sauna and I had a very good massage there. The hotel was within a short distance from Nafplio town.

This small hotel was wonderful. It is located at the end of the road, but only a short 15 minute walk to the historic center. The room is spacious and modern in design, with all amenities working well. Front Desk staff offered a warm welcome, and the team serving my "to order" breakfasts were warm and like old friends. A large private deck allowed me to see the beautiful mountains, castle on the mountain, and view of the sea and old town.

The room, although compact, was beautifully furnished and well-equipped, with a private balcony offering a stunning view over the harbour, nearby beaches, and even the Dimitrios shipwreck in the distance. The hotel’s facilities exceeded our expectations. Everything feels top-class, it fully deserves its high rating and justifies the price. What impressed us even more was the level of quality in every detail, from the premium in-room amenities to the high-end bathroom products. Nothing felt ordinary or overlooked. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options. The staff were attentive and friendly, offering freshly squeezed orange juice or eggs cooked to order, which added a personal touch. The pool area was also very pleasant. In short, we had an amazing stay that surpassed our expectations, and I would absolutely choose this hotel again.
