The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The facility is extraordinary. Near Naya Beach (by far the best beach club in Faliraki).

The staff was super friendly and polite, the breakfast was fresh and delicious and the pool was amazing, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. But I recommend taking swim shoes with you, the beach is very rocky. I’m definitely coming back again in the future!

The staff were incredibly hospitable, the view was wonderful, and the room was very comfortable. The food and cocktails were truly delicious, with the coffees being a particular highlight. The bath, the hosts, the breakfast arrangement, tv's, bed.. everything was as it should. But really the hosts Melina and Konstantinos deserve an A++! On our departure there was some issue with the taxi which didn't come or was very late, but Konstantinos looked after us and even gave us a ride to the port by himself! I cannot image a better service! Their friendliness left such nice memories for us!

Ferry was cancelled twice due to high winds so ended up arriving at 7:30am instead of 5pm. Room was available so we were allowed straight in when we arrived. Just what we needed after having to get up at 4:30am in Symi. Given longer to stay at end of holiday too. Great communication, really helpful. Everything you could ask for. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness, staff and overall accommodations are top notch. Our room was large, perfectly clean and had essentially everything you would need during your stay. Staff is very professional, helpful and absolutely delightful. The rooms, pool, breakfast and snack bar were nothing short of amazing. Really looking forward to coming back next year.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and everything was perfect. The room cleanliness, the staff's friendliness, and the proximity to the sea were all excellent. It’s also in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. The breakfasts were delicious as well. I will definitely visit again!
