We had a wonderful stay at the Palms Concept Hotel. The facilities are wonderful, we stayed in one of the new suites with a private pool and it was amazing. The room was so spacious and modern and the view from the room amazing. The decor of the hotel is very modern and clean, it’s clear a lot of effort has gone in and continues going into making it high level. All of the staff were very helpful especially Irene. It’s a 15 minute walk to Anthony Quinn Bay and Ladiko Beach and 25 minutes walking into the centre of Faliraki or just five minutes by car. Next door there is a lovely restaurant called Pavo just a few minutes walking. It’s far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful with great views of the sea but also close enough that restaurants, beaches and activities are very easy to get to, a great mix. If we returned to Rhodes we would stay again.

We stayed in this beautiful place for a week. The room was really modern, clean and luxurious. The jacuzzi and sunbed were the cherry on the top🫶🏻The staff really did everything they could for us to enjoy our stay. Location was great as well, we rented a car so seeing the island of rhodes as a whole was super easy☀️Also, gotta mention their lovely restaurant desert rose, they had great food and drinks! Overall, I definitely recommend everyone to stay in this place if considering going to rhodes🥰

The property was very clean and the host was wonderful!! she was very kind and friendly. She made sure that we had a great experience and that we had a comfortable stay. The room was amazing!! very nice restroom with jacuzzi tub, big tv and the bed was super comfortable. Had everything we needed and the rooms are cleaned daily if needed. The location was perfect it is Super close to the beach and old town. Plenty of restaurants and markets all within walking distance. Nice pub across the street with good drinks and a great breakfast restaurant just a few doors down. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PKACE!! This is where I plan to stay on future trips to Rhodes.

Ferry was cancelled twice due to high winds so ended up arriving at 7:30am instead of 5pm. Room was available so we were allowed straight in when we arrived. Just what we needed after having to get up at 4:30am in Symi. Given longer to stay at end of holiday too. Great communication, really helpful. Everything you could ask for. Highly recommended.

It was very clean, spacious, well equipped and walking distance to all areas in old town. The breakfast is served to your room at your desired time 🙂 and it was a real delight suitable to all diets. Both Giannis and Efi are great hosts, their kindness and hospitality are worth to highlight. We really enjoyed our time in Utopia, certainly will visit again. Many thanks.
