Valen Mare Suites were an exceptional choice for our holiday in Thassos. Very close to one of the best beaches on the whole island (Golden Beach, about 4-5 minutes away on foot). Our room (maisonette) was very accommodating and had all the facilities we wanted. The beds were comfy and we had a small kitchen that was more useful than we initially thought (apparently Greeks don't have a breakfast culture, as most taverns are closed in the morning, so we unfortunately had to cook on our holiday, as well). A big, big thank you to Nicole for how nice and attentive to details she was! We've never had a room this clean every single day, not even in 5-star hotels. She even did the dishes on the couple of occasions when we didn't do them ourselves! All in all, she was of great help during our stay. Lucia, if you're reading this - just know that you've struck gold with Nicole and you should treasure her!

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations - it's way prettier in person! The apartment was very spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Elena was so lovely and always available to help. The garden is stunning, the pool was clean and the location is great too - close to the centre of Potos.
