The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, nightclub and room service. I have never experienced such polite, helpful, kind, attentive staff in my life. This was by far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Special mentions to Maria, another Maria, Emilia, Marinos, and Alexis. There was another beautiful girl who I’ve forgotten the name of, but all so helpful and kind.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. It gives you a chance to cut off the noise of party places, while still being in the center. The stuff is super helpful. Breakfasts were really delicious. It’s a good point on the map to start every trip.

Providing a restaurant, the property also has a bar, as well as a hot tub. Guests can have a drink at the snack bar. Second time at the Bitzaro, same fantastic experienxnce !! The people working there are so friendly, they do everything to make your vacation better !! The rooms are clean, the food is good, the all-in has enough choices... If you want to have a good hotel experience at Zakynthos, don't hesitate and go there !! Good job !! There I have a godchild on the Island, I certainly will never take another hotel for sure.
