The apartment was heated, the bathroom floor had heating; everything was technically of high quality and the beds exceptionally comfortable. It was tidy and clean and the staff were accommodating. All in all a very good stay. Very quiet, lovely natural surroundings.

All food was satisfying. - The room was spacious, well equipped, very clean. We had no feeling, that there is no space for walking around. The only downside is, that the balconies in the room on the city side are really small. - The hotel together with the wellness area was very clean - Most important thing is the staff. All of them (receptionist, cleaning staff, waiter, cook, ...) were really friendly and helpfull. No issue at all.
