The check in was smooth and they gave us the room earlier than expected staff were very professional and helpful. Also we got the parking complimentary as i think ut should be when booking a 4 star hotel. Ut was a really good stay we enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

The location is a 15 minutes walk from the old town, but that comes with peace and quite. Rooms are squeeky clean, very well equipped and I very much appreciate the small details such as great quality personal care items in the bathroom, sweets on the table, etc. The pool on the roof is amazing, water temperature was perfect even on November 1st, the view is superb, and they also serve great cocktails in the pool bar. We couldn't wait for the breakfast time - everything we tried was fresh and super tasty. I also haven't met a nicer staff than in this hotel for a long time, helpful and very professional.

Grocery store right underneath which was super handy and had everything you needed. Breakfast buffet was incredible, so much choice and lovely atmosphere to sit inside or out. Nice outlook of the city from the balcony and can see the sea (depending on your room choice). The pool area was stunning with plenty of sun loungers. They have an infared sauna, Finnish sauna and steam room to use too.
