We chose this hotel mainly based on location and reviews — but what we discovered truly amazed us! This is a real paradise for children. Yes, parents are well taken care of too, but the main guests here are definitely the kids. Everything throughout the hotel is designed with children in mind: toy cars, play areas, drawing boards around every corner, a kids’ room, a special buffet at child height with a child-friendly menu, and a water park with zones for all ages. We only wish we had known about this place when our kids were younger. Of course, when you’re on holiday with kids, you’re still a parent — but this hotel makes life so much easier.

The quality of food was excellent and the friendliness of the staff and overall experience has been so good we decided to change our holiday plans and book into the highest grade suite for an extra 2 nights. An extraordinary hotel — new, clean, elegant, and refined, located in the city center. Everything was wonderful; it's a pity we only stayed one night. We’ll definitely return someday.

Very good location, clean and nice hotel after renovations, nice SPA area and big choice of procedures. Helpful and friendly staff. Food was delicious, big choice and menu changes every day.

The staff is extremely nice - we had a small issue when we arrived (our son threw up on the back seat) and they provided us with all the tools we needed to get our car clean again. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and washed and dried the dirty clothes for us, which obviously was a very kind gesture. I think everyone can find something good to eat at their breakfast table. But hey we are talking about Hungary and there you can only get good food :)

Delicious traditional Hungarian breakfast, well worth it. 10/10 location being only a 5 minute walk to both the train station and down to the lake- however was still relatively quiet.

This is a beautiful apartment- ticked all of our boxes - very clean and welcoming to us on our arrival.
