Various types of sauna, steam bath and hot tub are available in the hotel's spa centre. A panoramic view of the mountainous landscape is offered from the wellness area. We are returning visitors, love the place, the facilities, location, food, everything is amazing. One can go for a hike easily, a beautiful trail leads through the hotel's lot. However if you'd rather stay in, there are also in-house lunch/snack options, and well, the spa is my all-time favourite. They are also well equipped for families travelling with little babies.

Located 42 km from Egerszalók Thermal Spring, Dominium Pincészet és Panzió offers accommodation in Gyöngyös with access to spa facilities. This bed and breakfast provides free private parking and full-day security. The bed and breakfast features mountain views and a sun terrace. The owner was so kind and helpful. I told him to have the breakfast ready in my room upon my arrival, because I will leave early in the morning, and he agreed. The same I asked for dinner, and he prepared that too, and I paid the dinner.He speak english very well so there was no problem with the commmunication.

All units are fitted with a microwave, toaster, a kettle, a a bath or shower, slippers and a wardrobe. Each unit includes a coffee machine, a private bathroom and free WiFi, while some rooms include a terrace and some have mountain views. At the apartment complex, each unit has bed linen and towels. We stayed at Csenger Vendégházak from July 16th to 18th, 2025, and it was a truly delightful experience. The property was beautifully maintained, cozy, and full of charm. The location was excellent—peaceful, yet close to nearby attractions. Our host, Mr. Chris, was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind. He made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit, and his warm hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend Csenger Vendégházak to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway. I’d love to return someday!

The property offers wide range of facilities such as a modernly equipped fitness center or a spa center which offers hot tub, steam cabin, saunas, salt lounge and children's pool. The seasonal outdoor pool comes with a sun terrace. Spa&wellness is perfect. Dinner is way above the expectation (burgundi marhaszelet was michlen level). Massage is a thing you want to test here.

Set in Mátraszentimre, Selfness Hotel Vadvirág Mátraszentimre offers a bar. Offering a restaurant, the property also has a shared lounge, as well as a sauna and a hot tub. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. I can feel staff are trying to helpl and really friendly but they dont speak english which makes complicated in communication. Like i dont know what is included and what is charged even though i can feel they are honest but just i dont understand what was charged. Also i left message no need for dinner in room on my arrival day, i guess they are nice or dont understand my message, they still put dinner in my room and was wasted. I appreciate the gesture, but just check the message and that is not neccessary. No harsh feeling, just totally can be avoid misunderstanding

Absolutely beautiful environment, picturesque scenery, magnificent building in the woods, perfect food, and most of all, the best host! Friendly and helpfull from day one! Definitely recommended.

Hotel Narád features a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Mátraszentimre. A Turkish bath and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. There is a hot tub, entertainment staff and room service. Great food, extremely kind staff, great wellness. 3rd time there...will be more! Thx!

The spa area features a range of facilities. There is an outdoor jacuzzi, as well as a sauna, steam bath and a salt room. Beauty and body treatments are also offered in this spa. A fitness centre and a tennis court are at guests’ disposal. Friendly staff, excellent location, indoor/outdoor pools and many activities around.

Offering free access to the tennis court and the wellness area with pools, sauna, sun bed and hot tub, the Kastélyhotel Sasvár Resort in Parádsasvár in the Mátra Hills also houses an à la carte restaurant with Hungarian and international cuisine. I forgot my reservation with half board, and had dinner before arrival. My suggestion is that hotel should remind customer the last order time of restaurant for late arrival. I had a similar experience in Dolomites when I was driving to the hotel with a late arrival.
