Everything from the staff, to the pool areas, to the rooms, were incredible. A special thank you to Reza for his hospitality. The pool areas were beautiful and it was such a peaceful way to start my trip in Indonesia. The attention to detail was incredible and I will be sure to visit the Orient on my next trip to Jakarta. The rooms are well equipped and have a very comfortable large bed. Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!

We can meet Indonesian National Team players at this hotel and got opportunities to direct interaction with them. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable especially for our big family (2 adult and 3 kids)

Guests enjoy Club Lounge access that includes breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner, as well as wine, sparkling wine, beer and soft drinks. The warm staff. They were very attentive and made you feel at home. I arrived late at night for check-in, and I was pleasantly surprised to enter my room to find out that they had run a bath for me and had left a hand written card from the staff!! Very sweet. Nothing I have experienced at other hotels.
