We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s bold and original design immediately caught our attention — it’s full of character, with stunning paintings, graphics, and intricate details everywhere. Some might find the ambiance a bit dark, but we absolutely loved the atmospheric and artistic feel. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed and plush pillows that you just sink into — though we personally prefer firmer ones, it was still great! The entire hotel is immaculately clean, and there’s a pleasant, subtle aroma throughout the space. We enjoyed exploring the hotel’s facilities, starting with a visit to the rooftop bar upon arrival. But what truly stood out for us was the well-equipped gym and the spacious library. The breakfast was exceptional. The buffet had a fantastic selection of dishes, from dim sum to sushi, and there was also an à la carte menu with additional options. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff — from the friendly porter who greeted us at the entrance to the reception and restaurant teams, everyone was professional and welcoming. If we find ourselves in Jakarta again, we will definitely stay here again!

Located right in the heart of Jakarta and just minutes' walk away from the city's famous landmark, Selamat Datang Monument, and adjacent to the iconic Plaza Indonesia Shopping Mall, Grand Hyatt... The team at Grand Hyatt were so friendly, helpful and engaging. They helped with directions and recommendations for anything we asked. We loved the evening we spent at the bar with the fabulous singers who were so much fun. The pool is great and the location of the hotel is actually perfect. Would live to stay here again if Jakarta is again in my travel plans. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
