Numerous times during my stay the staff checked on me when I passed through the beautiful campus. They also checking back with me via WhatsApp to see if I would need their complimentary car service to the Whoosh station. Beautiful location and facility but much more beautiful was the incredible service the staff extended to me - just a common business traveler in Bandung to meet with a client.

This is A+ service also the extra questions if we needed something or think how to make our stay more pleasant. The massage service in this hotel is excellent. Also the food is excellent even in the morning there is sate! This is the best hotel where we stayed in whole indonesia, It's the first time we didn't want to leave the place.
