The whole experience in this resort was wonderful. We had a great time staying here. The service was amazing and the staff were exceptionally nice. The resort is located in a very quiet area away from the mad rush of Munnar Town which was amazing. The food was also great from the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and very accommodating with all our requests. If you would like a getaway for a few days with your loved ones in Munnar, I would highly recommend this place.

I would say, the best part is the hospitality. I don’t want to say any name in particular because I may miss someone, which I don’t want to. Well connected with the nature, with good facilities. Recommending for those who wanted to stay peacefully from busy life, it's a best place then with good facilities, and food. You should stay min 2-3 days to enjoy the place. We got chance to listen to live music band, which is occasionally. They have a complementary tea & snack bar near to paddy field which was a lovely, and reminds me the old good times. Very good Wi-Fi it's all around the property with good speed. We stayed at pool villa which was a nice option. Special thanks to the Front Office, House Keeping, Food and Beverage team.

My special thanks to Mr Albin - he has been one of the most humble and amazing host, with his constant assistance and my endless needs , a very dedicated person to serve us the best. and also Mr Kartik to help keep patient with our endless inquiry.infact all the staffs are amazing. From the food service to guard they have been the most humble and always with the best smile on their faces. The rooms are spacious and neat. Love and the best experience. We had a two room apartment that was very clean and had a very fun vibe - almost like a bachelor pad. Each room had its own key and opened into a common space that was open to outside and included the small pool and patio area. Our time here was limited, but we really wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy this fun space with our group! The owner was very friendly and helpful. We do not know about the neighborhood as we had no chance to walk around.

It was a great pleasure staying in Amaya! The property is just gorgeous, the rooms are decorated with so much love and attention to details that it feels like home. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We really loved our dinners served on the terrace. All the additional services that we booked we also great. The yoga teacher is extremely proficient and the massage therapists were good as well. First time being in Kerala and finding Ameya is pure luck! We will definitely come back for a longer stay.
