I loved how no matter where I went they all acknowledged each and every guest with so much respect and warmth!

The hotel is very well located, the staff is incredibly helpful and polite, our room was beautiful, clean, and everything functioned properly. There is a beautiful roof terrace with an amazing view of the city and the fortress where one can have nice meals throughout the day and in the evening. There is a nice open fire and music for dinner. People come for dinner from all over the city to the roof restaurant and the atmosphere is very nice.

We had a beautiful experience at the hotel! Everyone is extremely nice and very professional. The location is perfect. The reception team was incredibly nice to provide us with an amazing upgrade to a lovely suite. Very grateful!! Would definitely come back!

The staff was amazing, the palace property was gorgeous and the food was delicious. Even the massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. We really appreciated how The team went out of their way to help us celebrate our special day!
