It has everything you need: kitchen, main area/bedroom, and a bathroom. The bathtub has Jet streams if you wanna take a relaxing bath. The kitchen has an induction stove and plenty of utensils for cooking. There is also a washing machine if you wanna wash your clothes. The interiors are gorgeous and brand new (especially the bathroom). The owner is really nice and, besides the typical courtesy water bottle, she provided 6 welcome pastries that we could eat the next day for breakfast and several coffee capsules for the coffee machine. The apartment is in a great location, just a 10 min walk from the city center. Overall, 10/10 would definitely recommend.

He was always available but in a very discreet way. The pool area was terrific with a fantastic view over the valley. The pool was clean and well kept. Everything was available in a short driving distance: fruit vendor just across the street, great bakery “Dondi” in the village nearby. We’ve got also some very good tips from Andrea. I would particularly recommend visiting restaurant Ristorante da Brega in the village where we were served the best meat dishes we have ever tasted. We would love to come back some day!

ボローニャの中心部にあるIl Sitareinは庭を提供しています。このアパートメントでは、パティオと無料WiFiが備わるユニットを提供しています。... The accommodation is one of the best I've been to. There are so many top points of this place. 1. The host is the most helpful one I've encountered yet. She was handling every aspect great (giving advice about restaurants, places to visit, in a very detailed maner, explaining every aspects in a very good in english, understanding our potential mistakes, giving us a very nice gift also). 2. The location is great. You are steps away from: supermarket, farmacy, pastry, bus stop. You are 8 mins walk from the old town. It's basically close to any spot of interest. 3. The place is very nice. It has a private garden which is a great plus for mornings and evenings. It's just great to have your own private exterior place. The hot tub is also so nice. The heating is done basically with ACs (in both rooms) but they are very silent and they work good. The rooms are very high so the centralized heating is only to warm the house in general.

We stayed in the apartment for 5 - it is better than the photos : big rooms, nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, ACs and smart TVs in both rooms. Bathroom is huge and beautiful, plenty of towels. Kitchen is very well equipped, there is everything needed to set up a nice dinner; there is also a coffee machine with capsules, coffee was awesome, and a kettle with a big variety of tea. The welcome biscuits and water are a very nice touch ☺️ Host is very kind and helpful, communication was great. We highly recommend B&BO la Fresca. Thank you Silvia!
