Was welcomed by friendly staff who brought us coffee and water. Our room was less of a room and rather a small private villa. Beautiful view and private hot tub. Woke up to a lovely breakfast served outside on our patio table. Right in the center of Anacapri and I couldn't be happier with my stay. 11/10

The units at the accommodation have air conditioning and a desk. Everything was great. Young lady at the front desk was very helpful. She'd upgraded our room with no charge :) Thanks for everything.

The jacuzzi is on a shared terrace, accessible to all upon reservation. it is like an old but modern big house. The decoration of the floor was unbelievable. Despite of being big and have different rooms, we didn’t have any trouble at night with the noises. Francesco and Grepert were super nice and polite!

Air-conditioned rooms feature a TV with satellite channels and private bathroom with free toiletries. Some rooms have garden views while others pool views. Fantastic location and oozing with history. The staff are so helpful, attentive, warm and friendly. We received a generous upgraded room at check in and were also delivered a welcome gift of fruit and sweet and savoury snacks/treats brought to our room just after we arrived. Our room was so unbelievably comfortable, and maid service was perfection, always on hand to replenish toiletries, mini bar or assist to any request. We asked for plates to be cleared from our room on the first evening and when we returned, much later, our housemaid had performed a full bedtime turndown service for us, placing slippers at each side of the bed, drawing blinds, turning on bedside lamps and our bathroom was fully refreshed. Quisisana truly did welcome us and made us feel at home!! Breakfast was also amazing with a young violinist playing in the background! Excellent choices of foods at breakfast and a great variety of options.

The bathrooms are spacious and luxurious. Each features large windows, mosaic tiles, and a bath or shower. Amazing!!! Such a beautiful hotel from the minute you stepped through the front door. Never wanted to leave the pool, great sun beds, pool and attentive staff to help with every whim. A peace of heaven. Use the shuttle bus to get your luggage down to ferry.. 15 euros each piece. Saved a lot of hassle. Capri in the evening great once the day 'tourists' have gone.
