Admittedly we were given an upgrade, which was much appreciated as we were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. The swimming pool wasn't huge, but big enough to cool down. It had a lovely ambience. The location was great, in the "Venice" of Livorno and walking distance to great eateries. The breakfast was also good. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Brand new, big space, staff were incredibly exceptional.

The units in the guest house are equipped with a coffee machine. Complete with a private bathroom fitted with a bidet and a hair dryer, all units at the guest house have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and some rooms also boast a terrace. At the guest house, units have bed linen and towels. This was one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. The host Maria and her family were incredibly hospitable , gracious, kind generous I was made me feel at home immediately. I will definitely be coming back here as soon as I am able. Love love loved it!

200 metres from Follonica beach in Follonica, B&B Follonica features accommodation with access to a hot tub and spa facilities. It is situated 18 km from Golf Club Punta Ala and offers a lift. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The spa was fantastic, beds were super comfortable and the host was helpful finding us what we needed nearby and accommodating our requests! Breakfast was delicious as well with lots of local specialties!
