They were not only courteous but also incredibly helpful and accommodating in every possible way. As a pet owner, I was particularly impressed by their thoughtfulness towards my dog. They promptly brought a plate for her, ensuring she was comfortable and well taken care of. This hotel truly understands the importance of guest satisfaction and pet-friendly amenities, making my stay not only comfortable but also memorable. The hotel staff upgraded our room to a superior one with an amazing private terrace in front of the sea. The room was great, as we expected. The staff has been amazing and always available. The breakfast was spectacular with a great selection of sweet and savory options including fresh pastries and focaccia. We really recommend a stay here!

There is also a tennis court for an active holiday. The hotel has a great location and the facilities are excellent. We did not dine in the hotel but the bar is great. Breakfasts are superb. The best thing about the property is the staff - they are friendly, helpful and there are so many of them! This is a beautiful traditional hotel where service is excellent and the grandeur impressive. If you like marble and columns old fashioned luxury and to be cossetted - then this is the place for you...

We liked everything, especially spotlessly clean facilities and great location very close to the harbour 👌😊 the only regret is a short stay. When return to Genova - will definitely book again

Personalised service and breakfast was lovely.
