Very nice and comfortable, large garden to sit when weather permits A WONDERFUL view of the valley from most or all rooms (we had 6 rooms, all with a wonderful view)

Everything about it exceeded our expectations - communication from Serena in advance of our stay, accessibility, location, decor, cleanliness, coffee and breakfast… it was gorgeous. We felt very welcome. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, it was hard to get up! Wish we’d had longer there but would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation when visiting Orvieto.

He made the check-in process quick and easy. The room was spacious and the decor was very nice, with great linens and a super comfortable mattress. Also, the central location, right on the piazza, couldn’t have been better!

Located only 2 minutes drive from the waterfallr, the best way i can describe the room is, As close to a modern hotel room as you will ever find. It is really well decorated, 100% clean with a very comfortable bed, a good shower and lots of hot water. The complementary coffee was a nice touch, and having an electric kettle for the cup of tea was great. We reallyvenjiyed the outside area and having the table and chairs was great. There is plenty of offroad parking on the opposite side of the road. Delighted with our stay here.
