The property has a beautiful, natural exterior, but inside, it offers a luxurious experience. It features a spa downstairs and stunning rooms, complete with a living area and separate bathrooms. I especially appreciated that I could separate the sleeping area from the living space. The bathroom was wonderful, allowing for a great shower experience. The breakfast was also delicious, with options that you can order to your liking, including a wonderful traditional Tuscany breakfast. The location is very convenient, situated about 30 minutes from popular attractions, making it easy to explore by car. We truly enjoyed the fantastic facilities and look forward to returning next time.

Staying at Moiana is like coming home. Fabio, Kelly and the family really look after you. The appartment is great, and the location is stunning, in the middle of nowhere. We had dinner there every night during our 3 nights stay and the food was homecooked and excellent. We even got to drink their homemade wine :-). Fabio gave us tips for day trips, which was very helpful. If you are looking for a friendly, beautiful and quiet place, this is for you! If we are ever in this region again, we definitely will come again.

The lavender plants give a nice ambience. The owners and staff are all so welcoming and friendly. The room is clean, with great FFE that have a cohesive blend between rustic and modern. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast ordering system is convenient and the breakfast itself was ample.

An idyllic setting in the less touristic part of Tuscany but within an easy reach of all scenic spots. Room is spacious and even has a walk-in closet! The swimming pool is a bonus, either to have a morning dip or watch the sunset with fresh splash are equally enjoyable. We loved the hearty breakfast served on the verendah by the pool side. The host Yan is nice and friendly. His recommendations on restaurants are very good. Highly recommended for those who look for a beautiful tranquil stay in the area!

Amazing garden (with a lot of cats) super nice to chill at night and look at the sunset. Very close by every nice touristic towns. The host are super sweet and it is truly hard to leave this place. Best stay of our whole trip.
