The breakfast was pretty much standard as in each modern hotel - buffet with plenty of pastries, vegetables, sweets, yogurt, nuts, oats, juices, eggs… overall a great selection! Staff were also very friendly and helpful and you can also order dinner at the hotel restaurant which was 10-20% cheaper, than what you would get at any other restaurant on the lake and it tasted wonderful! Big plus is the location. Situated right at the lake and away from the touristy places we had great views and peace and quiet. The hotel is just 5 minutes by car from the city of Malcesine and about 20 minutes from Riva del Garda and Trento. You can also borrow free bike from hotel to ride there along the lake as there is a bike road on the beach. Overall a great place to stay!

Staff were very kind especially after all trains were cancelled due to a railroad strike, and kept our luggage when we had to wait another 4 hours for another train

Spa facilities include a Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, sensory showers and a relaxation area. The lounge area includes an internet point, TV and a bar. The staff were very kind and friendly. Perfect location and very kids friendly. They gave us a junior suite even though we booked a standard room. Food was good and with a lots of variety, especially the breakfast. Pool was super clean and with some activities for adults and kids. The after dinner program was also fun for the kids. 100% recommended for family trips.
