The hotel offers shuttle service between the hotel and train station. I paid extra room charge for dinner it's Kaiseki cuisine (I guess?) and it's awesome I would suggest everybody to try it. The hotel also provides amazing traditional Japanese breakfast, delicious food and full set of service. The staffs are very nice and friendly they try their best to help you. THis hotel is one of my best memory of my trip.

The French menu is a work of art and incredibly delicious. The shabu shabu was excellent. And the people working there are the best.

Thank you for giving a room tour, recommending a restaurant and cleaning the kitchen in the morning:) The room is comfortable as well, and I especially like daily cleaning. Onsen is the best of all the places that I have been to. They even have private onsen space. Can you believe it? Once again, thank you for everything. I hope I can stay with K’s house again in the near future !

The check-in process was smooth, and the host was easy to deal with. No issues during my stay, everything worked as it should. Definitely would stay again.
