We visited in winter, and even though it had snowed and the road was a bit challenging, the scenery was absolutely spectacular. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious. This is probably one of the best ryokan in japan! High value! The onsen is very spectacular. It will stay in my heart forever. For sure I will come back.

Our visit to Tomato was absolutely incredible! The staff was extremely friendly and service-oriented, making our stay exceptional. The atmosphere was cozy, and we truly felt welcomed. The accommodation was one of the best we have ever experienced. Especially noteworthy is the fantastic onsen, which was truly the cherry on top. A genuine gem among hotel experiences!
