The hotel features a hot tub, massage treatments and karaoke rooms. The location was perfect, right along Lake Kawaguchi. The room size was big and we loved the Japanese style doors to the bedroom. The private open air hot tub facing the lake was spectacular. Would stay here again!

Fuji view right in front of us, open bath (onsen) with Fuji view again! Great staff, amazing atmosphere all around (no different from a gallery), super-friendly and helpful staff at bar as well. Their yukatas and kimono jackets were also fascinating. I mean, as I said, lots of words to describe but none of them would be enough. Just experience it yourself please.

The cleaning staff work hard and it really shows in the cleanliness of the room. Would recommend, would definitely return!
