This small but thoughtful gesture immediately set the tone for a highly attentive and hospitable service throughout our stay. The hotel lobby features a charming little shop, a 24-hour coffee machine, and during specific times, complimentary desserts and wine are served — a delightful touch that made us feel pampered. Our room was exceptional: traditional yet luxurious, with an electric fireplace adding a cozy atmosphere. The private open-air bath on the balcony, overlooking Mount Fuji, was an extraordinary experience. The hotel thoughtfully provides comfortable pajamas, which guests are encouraged to wear not only in their rooms but also while visiting the restaurant and spa areas — a unique and relaxing custom that adds to the homely and welcoming ambiance of the hotel. Although we didn’t get to see Mount Fuji due to the weather, the overall experience and service were outstanding. The traditional Japanese-style dinner deserves special praise, as does the impeccable service.
